d8bsc Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to register and maintain an active d8bsc Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as a professional gambler using a system or strategy designed to exploit the Platform's odds or bonus structures.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of d8bsc or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from d8bsc or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are the sole and authorised user of the payment method used to deposit funds into your Account. You are not using payment instruments belonging to another person without their express written consent.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose all funds deposited. You are not using borrowed money, credit, or funds earmarked for essential living expenses to fund your Account.

d8bsc reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Geographic Eligibility

The d8bsc Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. d8bsc does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction outside its primary operating territory and accepts no liability for Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is unlawful.

All financial transactions on d8bsc are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). d8bsc does not apply currency conversion fees. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

Deposits

Deposits to your d8bsc Account are processed via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. d8bsc does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which d8bsc accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of your Account. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the support team has approved an alternative following a written request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal BST operating hours. d8bsc reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals of unusually large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification successfully.
• Any bonus funds credited to your Account must have met their applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• Your Account must not be under active investigation for suspected fraud, duplicate account activity, or bonus abuse.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money Balance.

Failed and Returned Transactions

If a deposit cannot be credited or a withdrawal cannot be completed due to a failure on the part of the payment provider, d8bsc will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resolve the issue. d8bsc is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or incorrect payment details submitted by the Player.

Anti-Money Laundering

d8bsc maintains an anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework. All deposit and withdrawal activity is subject to automated monitoring. d8bsc reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any account exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. Accounts suspected of facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

By placing a wager on d8bsc, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or betting market in question and that you accept the outcome as final subject to the conditions below.

Game Fairness and RNG Certification

All casino games available on d8bsc — including slots, table games, and virtual games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and maintained by the game studios. These RNGs are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated. Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi operate under those studios' own independently certified quality and fairness standards.

Bet Settlement

Wagers on sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and other available markets are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, d8bsc's records of the relevant event outcome will be treated as definitive unless an error in d8bsc's systems can be demonstrated. Bets placed after the start of an event may be voided at d8bsc's discretion.

System Errors and Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a game session or live event, d8bsc reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. d8bsc accepts no liability for losses arising from system errors, telecommunications failures, or interruptions to third-party game streams. Winnings paid as a result of a software or pricing error are not valid and will be reclaimed from the Account.

Prohibited Conduct During Gameplay

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid not explicitly permitted by d8bsc.
• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes to place advantaged wagers, whether or not the error is immediately visible.
• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or interference with d8bsc's systems or game software.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and each betting market panel. d8bsc reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice. Wagers placed below the minimum or above the maximum permitted stake may be voided.

d8bsc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Confirmed age verification failure — the Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed duplicate account activity.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or collusion during gameplay.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance held in that Account — including real-money funds and any bonus credits — may be forfeited at d8bsc's discretion. d8bsc will provide written notice of forfeiture decisions to the email address registered to the Account and will retain records of the investigation and decision for compliance purposes.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily, for any reason other than self-exclusion, may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following verification that no outstanding wagers or bonus conditions are pending. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided on Account closure.

Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. d8bsc will notify the Player at the registered contact details before applying an inactivity charge of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts holding a positive Balance. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive Account may do so at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and d8bsc in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. d8bsc's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms were last updated and are effective from 1 January 2026.
